About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As the Senior Scaled Growth & Content (SGC) Lead, you will define the content agenda and guide a team of writers and AI specialists to produce high-quality B2B content, owning the editorial lifecycle from conception to global scale. As a player-coach, you will orchestrate the content development process, accelerating production while leveraging the latest advancements in AI to experiment with cutting-edge formats and topics.

Crucially, you will lead audience acquisition and growth tactics to scale subscribers within our target audience. You will design data-driven lead generation funnels, optimize multi-channel distribution, and leverage performance data to turn casual readers into loyal subscribers.

Responsibilities

  • Define the global B2B content agenda, coordinate an agile team of writers and AI specialists, and ensure all output meets Google's high-quality bar.
  • Pioneer the use of cutting-edge AI tools to dramatically accelerate production timelines and experiment with fresh, automated, or interactive content formats.
  • Design and execute data-driven growth tactics, lead-generation funnels, and scaled distribution mechanisms to accelerate subscriber acquisition within target B2B audiences.
  • Analyze content performance metrics, behavioral trends, and external data sources to continuously optimize the editorial calendar and maximize audience lifetime value.
  • Partner with internal product and regional marketing expert teams to ensure all stories are strategically aligned, highly accurate, and drive measurable product perception.
