Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional software development programs with engineering, product, and UX teams from inception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing mobile product growth (Android/iOS) or working with personalization/AI platforms.
- Experience with analytics platforms, data-driven decision-making, and product engagement metrics.
- Solid technical understanding of backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical and regulatory blocks (e.g., legal/privacy reviews).

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution, roadmap development, and the product life cycle of complex technical programs across Ecosystem Experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, UX, research, data science, and external product area teams across global offices (New York, San Jose, Tel Aviv) to drive alignment and mutual goals.
- Resolve technical dependencies, legal/privacy constraints, and data sovereignty barriers to unblock team velocity and project impact.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leadership and executives, delivering clear progress updates, status tracking, and key escalations.
- Define key project milestones and establish advanced impact and engagement metrics to evaluate program success.
