Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in SQL, data analysis, and dashboarding to answer business questions.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels across functions and teams.
- Skilled verbal and written communicator with the ability to translate insights effectively for stakeholders, ranging from technical/engineering partners to executive audiences.
- Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills (quantitative and qualitative).
- Independent project management skills.

US: $114000 - $164000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data architecture and dashboarding for executive headcount and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and data integrity for the P&D Leadership team decision-making.
- Lead the analysis of complex business requirements and workforce data to identify and drive technical solutions to better surface headcount trends and insights to product area leadership.
- Lead the design and governance of the team graph team hierarchy to accurately reflect the work of engineering and product teams across the product area.
- Manage the systematic intra-product area quarterly allocations of payroll opex using data analysis to appropriate product groups in partnership with FP&A.
- Conduct technical and process assessments of newly developed features from Corp Eng to optimize product area control mechanisms and operational guidelines.
