As a Manager in the GMP Sector team, you possess a proven track record of working directly with major marketers and their partners spanning data, media, and MarTech disciplines. You will be expected to develop and maintain executive relationships (typically at the C-level) with key marketer stakeholders, and to design and implement strategic partnership initiatives to advance their digital marketing capabilities.

You will lead efforts to negotiate large-scale, complex platform agreements and manage and inspire a team to deliver against a business plan. Your role is pivotal in driving the transformation and accelerating the growth of the clients' businesses by leveraging Google's comprehensive suite of products and AI solutions. You pride yourself on cross-Google collaboration, helping to define how Google effectively guides its client partners through the ongoing AI transformation.

You take initiatives and are a natural leader, skilled at solving complex problems and articulating intricate issues clearly. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior executive level, along with the ability to work closely and collaboratively across all areas of Google's business. You are particularly adept at developing deep, one-on-one relationships, which are essential in helping your team truly embed within client organizations.

Canada: $232000 - $237000 (CAD) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Own and sell to Google Canada's book of business, focusing on acquiring and renewing GMP licenses, unlocking new lines of business within focus accounts, and driving continuous CGE Sector growth.
  • Provide expertise to Google teams on sector trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting their business objectives.
  • Set and drive business strategy for assigned sector clients across major GMP products, including DV360, CM360, SA360, and GA360.
  • Deliver thought leadership on evolving client and market needs. Drive sales, implementation, and growth, while translating market feedback to Product teams to directly influence roadmap priorities.
  • Act as a marketplace ambassador, inspiring the marketer community to connect with Google's platforms and solutions.
