n this role, you will be a critical partner to GDMs leaders and decision-makers, proactively curate an optimal environment and experience for leaders, equipping them through our skilled expertise, adaptable solutions, and timely support.

As a part of Administrative Business Partner, you will support up to three leaders, who can strategically manage the day-to-day operational needs and support on projects and initiatives to help drive team and company priorities. You will grow in a fast-paced, changeable environment and enjoy working as part of a team that is both locally and globally distributed.

In this role, you will be passionate about supporting and enabling others, motivated by Leader support, a naturally strong problem-solver that can anticipate what needs to be done without guidance. You will be highly organised, manage priorities well, juggling and handling multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently, whilst being able to manage expectations in a thoughtful way.

As a part of this role, you will adapt quickly to changing demands and embrace ambiguity. You will demonstrate administrative excellence with acute and exceptional attention-to-detail. You will be a solid communicator and active listener, exhibiting a high Emotional Quotient (EQ).

In this role, you will build relationships across teams and foster trust. You will collaborate and grow in a team environment and proactively seek out time-saving solutions and tools. You will stay open to new ways of working, curious and dedicated to continuous improvement for yourself and the team and experience with Google Suite is preferable but not crucial.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $128000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone schedules and co-ordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, visas, and transport.
  • Build strong relationships with leadership by anticipating needs, prioritizing critical tasks, and proposing solutions to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency while managing financial administration, including expense claims, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas and documentation, tracking deliverables, capturing action items, and serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Draft team communications and execute seamless internal and external events, ranging from seminars and talks to off-sites and visitor arrangements.
