- 6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience with data modeling, scripting languages (SQL or equivalent) and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in program management in a hypergrowth environment.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
- Ability to navigate a global, fast-growing, and dynamic environment with sound business judgment.
- Strong track record of managing individual deliverables, with the organizational skills to support complex cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the Japan GTM strategy through key pillars across Annual Planning processes, including customer segmentation, territory design and quota cascade, ensuring alignment between Japan and global GTM strategy.
- Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of Japan’s GTM strategy through annual planning and in-year processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Japan Sales and Operations (S&O) team and sales leadership by structuring, analyzing, and communicating complex business challenges and delivering actionable insights directly influencing executive-level decision making on the prioritization of key growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud driving alignment on the execution and achievement of key business goals, continuously updating the overall strategy for Google Cloud in Japan.
- Identify and implement best practices to standardize key planning processes and GTM workstreams across Regional and Global teams.
