Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Expertise in the Google Ads or Display and Video 360 (DV360).
  • Understanding of the creator ecosystem, including YouTube's solutions and other social platforms, and how brands leverage creator content for paid amplification.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive-level contexts.

As the owner of YouTube TV, a growing Virtual Multichannel Video Programming Distributor (vMVPD) platform, you will own tracking the overall advertiser business on the platform, having a deep understanding of our advertiser demand and how to ensure our product matches to those needs. You will act as the vital link between Sales, GTM, and Product leadership, guiding decisions on premium content generation, new packages and lineups, and format innovation. In this capacity, you will bridge the gap between commercial needs and product development to drive exceptional value for our users and advertisers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $124000 - $179000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Report on sales motions, advertising goals, acting as a strategic liaison between Product and Go-to-Market (GTM)/Sales teams to ensure alignment on business goals for YouTube TV.
  • Identify new advertiser cohorts to go after and develop the right GTM approach to capture those budgets and grow the platform.
  • Ensure YouTube TV has the right solutions deployed in a highly competitive streaming landscape.
  • Utilize market intelligence and viewership insights—across live sports, news, and premium VOD—to inform cross-functional teams and product development.
  • Create and refine claims and messaging for market activation, ensuring a consistent and compelling story that highlights the unique value of our live TV and prime time channels ecosystem.
