Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Experience with Google Ads or digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party (3P) tools optimization for search advertising (Search Ads 360 or equivalent).
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, investigative, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and skilled in analyzing data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and metrics.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build media strategies for performance product portfolios and independently draw parallels across an entire book of business and multiple customers.
  • Prioritize the needs of customers based on opportunity and potential while monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data. Define key performance indicators (KPI) in accordance to clients' goals and use performance metrics to measure opportunity and success.
  • Lead efforts to improve Google's ad relevance in Brazil.
  • Work closely with Sales teams and clients and move fast on maximization requests.
  • Communicate effectively in internal and external meetings, through email and during meetings.
