Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience working with global premium brands or luxury companies.
  • Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in both English and German or French fluently to engage with local markets.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating both globally and locally to solve intricate client challenges.
  • Knowledge of consumer journeys, competitive landscape and industry DNA.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a knack for transforming abstract product features into high-value customer business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising landscape, emerging ad technologies, competitive market dynamics, and modern media measurement.
  • Strong analytical acumen with a track record of translating complex metrics into upsell opportunities and business recommendations.
  • Expertise in identifying emerging industry trends, analyzing consumer behaviors, and driving digital transformation.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Own, develop, and execute strategic account plans for high-tier, complex clients to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and key decision-makers to shape long-term business and marketing strategies.
  • Design, deliver, and pitch tailored, storytelling-driven, and data-driven advertising solutions that address unique customer challenges.
  • Identify, assess, and size incremental revenue opportunities. Lead internal stakeholders on strategic investments.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to provide high-impact campaign recommendations and optimize performance.
