Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development, test engineering, or hardware-software integration.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience building engineering workflows with multi-agent systems, autonomous triage, or synthetic test generation.
  • Experience with robotics, automated test fixtures, computer vision, acoustic measurement, or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
  • Experience with consumer electronics, embedded systems, Bluetooth/BLE protocols, or audio/DSP architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or embedded programming environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead an engineering team driving modernized quality practices and test architectures.
  • Architect and deploy agentic AI systems for autonomous test generation, synthetic edge-case modeling, and root-cause analysis.
  • Drive physical AI and smart lab automation strategies using robotics, computer vision, and acoustic testbeds.
  • Oversee end-to-end verification, system validation, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) infrastructure across product lifecycles.
  • Partner with cross-functional Hardware, Silicon, Firmware, and OS teams to establish unified validation standards.
