Revenue Platforms Integrations Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements; including designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.
  • Experience working with quote-to-report (Q2R) business processes or financial enterprise systems, such as SAP, ERPs, or billing and payments platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Understanding of quote-to-report processes/finance teams (e.g., invoicing, cash application, collections, revenue reporting), with proven expertise in designing and testing solutions within highly complex, multi-system landscapes.
  • Ability to leverage and implement AI and other automation technologies to transform manual workflows, solve complex business issues, and scale team impact.
  • Ability to leverage project/program management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills to consistently land high-impact, high-quality deliverables.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing leadership-ready artifacts such as presentations and proposals that clearly articulate insights and recommendations.

Revenue Platforms (RP) mission is to drive digitalization across Alphabet’s quote-to-report (Q2R) processes, to enable every product, everywhere, seamlessly, and the right way.

As one of five teams within the Revenue Platforms organization, the integrations team manages the delivery and risk mitigation of Q2R transformation and business priorities leveraging the power of Google’s AI capabilities.

US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex projects and programs impacting our Q2R processes, ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables for new product launches, transformation AI efforts, new system enhancements and regulatory-driven requirements across our revenue platforms.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our Q2R processes and revenue platforms, including Google's Payments Platform (GPP) and systems, applications, and products (SAP), to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that address finance needs while minimizing risk and impact.
  • Synthesize complex problems by dissecting ambiguous stakeholder requests to identify systemic root causes and deliver structured, actionable requirements for alignment.
  • Leverage AI-native skills, business acumen, stakeholder management and insights to define project requirements, evaluate feasibility, guide decision making, solve complex problems, and optimize processes and delivery.
