  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • 4 years of experience in people management.
  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of leading complex operational and strategic initiatives with exceptional business acumen and commercial orientation.
  • Outstanding ability to effectively influence, communicate, and drive change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and people management skills.

About the job

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will lead the Measurement Product Go-to-Market team within APAC, working directly with the Regional Leadership team, Global Product Solutions (GPS) Leadership team and Country Sales teams. You will lead a team whose purpose is to accelerate revenue and future proof the business via designing and deploying regional measurement programs to build measurement foundations, prove media effectiveness and value, facilitating stronger global to local connections via immersions, partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams to land key industry moments and shaping the regional strategic plan and priorities for measurement. You will also act as a critical thought partner to Regional Leadership for your domain areas by bringing strategic clarity to ambiguous challenges, uncovering rich business insights, surfacing forward looking opportunities to strengthen in market activation and synthesizing emerging product trends in the region. You will have strong influencing and thought leadership skills, a commercial orientation and structured, bold thinking. You should be an excellent coach to their team, a structured problem solver, and a compelling communicator who can inspire at all levels of the organization.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Lead measurement programs using global infrastructure to prove media effectiveness, build sales product expertise, and align partners around a high-impact revenue goal.
  • Help advertisers, agencies, and sellers adapt to evolving privacy and product landscapes by building robust measurement infrastructure and scaling complex feature deployments.
  • Partner closely with regional ads product leads to seamlessly integrate measurement strategies into core advertising products and drive sustainable growth.
  • Deliver thought leadership to the APAC executive team, contributing to annual planning, diagnosing trends, and fiercely advocating for regional product and program needs.
  • Foster an agile, data-driven team culture utilizing sprints, huddles, and pilots to pivot quickly, operate seller communities, and deliver impactful insights.
