Program Manager III, Spares Readiness, Data Center Operations

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in supply chain management (e.g., infrastructure operations, supply chain operations, data center operations or manufacturing).
  • Experience with advanced data analytics/statistical analysis (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboard creation).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience coordinating projects or programs across global teams, spanning multiple offices, time zones, and regional environments.

Within the Central Operations team, this role is part of the Spares Readiness team and will be accountable for the improvement/sustainment of projects/programs that support our mission of ensuring that data centers have spare parts available to sustain critical and ongoing operations. This role is critical to keeping our data centers running worldwide.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, data center site leaders, data center site teams, and cross-functional supply chain teams and design targeted communication plans to manage expectations and enable effective decision-making.
  • Author comprehensive program charters and create detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies for advanced programs.
  • Determine program phasing and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource stewardship throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Establish program governance by defining data collection methods, maintaining project trackers, and leading project team meetings to drive progress.
  • Execute program tasks by proactively managing dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with core product values. Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including impact analysis and progress monitoring, to support program stakeholder needs.
