Technical Program Manager, Google Cloud Business Platform

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, the product life cycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams.
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale, enterprise domain programs with AI-powered features or products.
  • Experience in security/access control and protecting data.
  • Understanding of AI agents and agentic automation domains including data needs and observability.
  • Excellent data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, program dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of features for Cloud Data and Insights and Security, Privacy and Compliance.
  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
  • Support the team with all required elements of end-to-end project planning and delivery, using your knowledge of project methodologies including tools and techniques.
  • Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
  • Establish an operations measurement framework and develop and execute a long term strategy.
