EMEA GTM Strategic Initiatives Manager, Google Cloud GTM

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google sheets, SQL, looker, etc.) to problem-solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As a part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

As a part of the EMEA GTM Strategic Initiatives lead, you will play a critical role in the organization by leading and co-ordinating EMEA Strategic initiatives and programs, including effectively landing Google wide global programs in EMEA - translating them into actual business impact.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through scalable and actionable analytical insights to increase productivity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the organization and its leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem-solving complex and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
  • Manage and co-ordinate EMEA-wide strategic initiatives or specific workstreams.
  • Analyze and synthesize data, and deliver actionable recommendations across multiple workstreams.
  • Track initiative performance and provide data-driven reports to senior leadership.
