Technical Solutions Consultant, gTech Ads Sellside (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in project management, web technologies and data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with coding in languages such as Python, C++ or Java.
    Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems/commands.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience and comfort presenting technical materials to groups of any size and background.
  • Excellent data analysis and good data-driven decision-making skills.

About the job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

gTech Ads Sellside takes a customer centric, creative, and collaborative approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to advertiser and publisher customers. Through technical implementations, optimizations, and key solutions, gTech Ads Sellside's product/solution experts help customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Help partners in their day-to-day issues by providing consultation, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and conducting technical troubleshooting to their problems and pain points. Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical issues.
  • Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success and improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of client integrations (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
    Present in front of small or mid-sized groups of internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Analyze and optimize the development of existing clients to ensure their success with the Google suite of products for partners.
