About the job

Agencies and Partners (A&Ps) are the primary users of Google's media platforms and those of competitors, influencing a disproportionate amount of Google's ad spend and playing a key role in buying decisions. gTech Ads has established a new Agency & Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services by building a thriving and technically enabled third-party Partner ecosystem. The Upskilling team within this organization will be responsible for educating agencies and partners on the media products and services, thus fueling scalable activation and business growth through coordinated partner education and product adoption.

The menu of services spreads across across customized, white-glove learning workshops that drive product education and adoption (Camps), to on-demand learning content libraries that help drive scaled education (partner center). All offerings are geared towards educating and empowering the agency and partner ecosystem to ensure they can bring the best of the Google Ads experience to their customers.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We’re made up of multiple teams, building Google’s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a global product priority/area for your region by auditing partner, product and service delivery gaps, and determining priority capability areas and designing targeted learning to bridge skill gaps. Design scalable service packages with enablement bundles tailored to business targets, agency needs, and market demand.
  • Work with the regional partner delivery managers to deliver training, and govern the certification process to maintain a reliable pipeline of independent, product-ready A&Ps.
  • Partner with gTech Ads, Product, Marketing and Sales counterparts, to design and deploy service package bundles for agencies on annual targets. Foster cross-functional relationships to build trust, manage expectations, and increase demand for the services.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team by leading projects that support the team’s distributed culture and large-scale internal operations.
