Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles, including analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Experience in the Supply Chain business domain.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in technical process analysis to translate business requirements into solution designs.
  • Experience creating documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategies, test plans, and issue resolution.
  • Experience advocating for continuous product improvement and contributing to product roadmaps.
  • Experience developing supply chain system integrations for operational asset management and asset tracking.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to take decisive action.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define the product requirements.
  • Bring clarity into the requirements by conducting workshops to build robust solutions for medium to complex business problems.
  • Design medium-complexity solutions, and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysis (BSAs) on complex solution designs.
  • Partner with internal business teams and application engineers to successfully implement solutions.
