International Growth Consultant, AppDev (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience analyzing and applying industry, market, product and organizational information to strategies and plans.
  • 3 years of experience in Apps and Gaming or with the mobile ecosystem, including navigating the technical and commercial nuances of both Android and iOS platforms.
  • 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and structuring skills, along with the ability to deliver insights and recommendations to influence shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Consult Google’s Apps customers in growing their international businesses by managing the full sales lifecycle from discovery to C-level delivery. This includes: uncovering objectives; diagnosing and overcoming operational hurdles (e.g. payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization); formulating data-driven GTM recommendations accounting for local consumer and competitor trends; and linking them with Google’s suite of advertising and localization solutions.
  • Act as an Apps and Gaming vertical thought leader, with industry and product expertise. Translate your industry and domain fluency into spotting and acting on common challenges and growth opportunities across your portfolio of customers, expanding them where possible.
  • Be a team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing your own development, and the development of those around you.
