  • Experience successfully influencing and working with executives internally and externally.
  • Experience with website development or UX design and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of international business and a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to have a data-driven mindset with appetite for user-facing AI Solutions.
  • Ability to work in matrix stakeholder structures, or successfully manage complex internal and external relationships.
  • Proven ability to adapt messaging and presentations to the technical level of an audience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact consultations to LCS customers: Partner with Sales to identify growth opportunities for top strategic clients in order to improve Customer/User Experience (CX/UX) to drive down operating costs, increase customer profitability and investment with Google.
  • Continuously track results, gather feedback, and refine the offering to scale its impact.
  • Proactively contribute to the GBS Program Design and Business Planning. Follow market evolution and anticipate customer expectations; influence strategy building and GBS value proposition design to capture maximum business and keep sustainable competitive edge.
  • Become a thought leader on CX/UX and the new Agentic User Experience in the context of international expansion. Build strong internal and external relationships to help develop the program and better support customer needs. Develop the CX provider ecosystem by identifying and onboarding partners to support across additional challenges.
