Senior Specialized Devices and Services Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, sales operations, channel partner management, and enterprise technology consulting.
  • Experience in a consultative sales role providing business solutions, and developing B2B channel partner growth strategies for enterprise customers.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, and in negotiating and facilitating agreements.
  • Experience working on the sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and facilitating agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Knowledge to deliver credible, strategic recommendations to senior executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, complex business cycles effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust with C-level executives. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional sales teams.

About the job

The Devices and Services Business organization focuses on Google-branded hardware such as Google Pixel, Google Fitbit Air and others and key subscription services such as Google One. Our team is the business arm for Devices and Services, responsible for delivering the P&L results and for leading partnerships with our carriers, retailers, distributors, and enterprise verticals, including developing channel strategy, negotiating commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. Our team is also responsible for driving our direct to consumer sales via the Google Store, by driving retail rate recommendations in stores and by ensuring that the presence in-store and online is top notch. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, Product and Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams internally, and with our retail and carrier counterparts across these disciplines.

As the Pixel for Business Strategic Partner Manager (SPM), you will drive and scale the Pixel and hardware business across Enterprise, Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), Government, Education, and Secure Devices procurement opportunities, with a primary focus on India.

In this role, you will seed and shape strategic opportunities, innovate business models around emerging trends (e.g., On-Device AI, SMB, Device Services), and build market-specific solutions. You will collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute a cohesive growth plan for Pixel Business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new enterprise-level business opportunities across refresh and new accounts. Deliver effective customer engagements alongside strategic partners, resellers, and mobility partners.
  • Collaborate with channel partner leadership to build and execute business development plans, providing enabling programs, training, and tools. Advise enterprise clients and partners on business, digital, and workplace transformation solutions aligned with modern market demands.
  • Develop strategic account plans, expanding the adoption of the Google Pixel platform and ecosystem. Execute joint account plans cross-functionally with to drive device refresh, expansion, and net-new business growth.
  • Establish scalable, lighthouse reference stories that demonstrate impact and can be replicated across industry verticals. Leverage solution-selling and IT enterprise architecture expertise to transform workflows and strategic operations.
  • Innovate commercial models with cross-functional teams to cultivate sustainable, long-term business growth.
