Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with sales cycle management and workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with ad sales, particularly in navigating the complexities of Enterprise or Large Customer Sales (LCS) environments.
- Experience with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in program management and cross-organizational coordination, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive engagement.
- Experience in Applied AI or Generative AI product development, recommendation systems, or data-driven seller enablement to optimize the sales lifecycle and scale seller productivity.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) Tools teams are responsible for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness by building great tools for its users. Our team is the glue that binds the direction of the business with the needs of GBO. We accomplish this by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Go-to-Market and many other teams to deliver a delightful experience to our users.
US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Architect program strategy and goal for AI-driven sales tools, clearly representing the organizational impact of the sales workflow to executive stakeholders.
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications to align all parties on the goals.
- Define, lead, and own program charters across multiple teams that address the scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies of moderately complex programs related to functionality in the Sales CRM.
- Drive governance and engagement across workstreams to ensure alignment and effective escalation.
- Lead executive stakeholder management; take a leadership role in partnering with executive business stakeholders to achieve program goals. Effectively build trusted relationships with senior program stakeholders to proactively enable effective decision making, while taking a leadership role in resolving prioritization misalignments.
