Analytical Consultant, Large Customer Sales (English, Turkish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in an analysis, research, or project management role, specifically working with data to identify, quantify, and communicate trends.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or performance advertising.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven experience translating intricate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and persuasive, data-led narratives.
  • Strong expertise in statistical measurement techniques, incrementality, attribution models, ROI, and commercial financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R for advanced data modeling, data extraction, and forecasting.
  • Ability to build interactive dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to effectively democratize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and presenting complex strategies to C-level client audiences.

As one of the masterminds behind our strategic planning, forecasting and analysis, you’ll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams and client finance/marketing leads to deliver data-driven insights that tests assumptions and drive Google solution adoption.
  • Conduct bespoke analyses- including demand forecasting, budget modeling, and incrementality testing-using first- and third-party data to prove media spend value.
  • Utilize SQL, R, Python, and statistical modeling to analyze complex datasets and collaborate globally to scale data infrastructure and automation tools.
  • Apply deep industry and market trend knowledge to identify analytical opportunities and provide perspectives for clients.
  • Work with Industry Managers, Product Specialists, and gTech to deliver high-impact projects, scaled industry narratives, and custom product strategies (e.g., Ads Data Hub).
