Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
  • Ability to clearly drive business strategy with both GBO and product stakeholders.
  • Ability to uncover and understand stakeholder needs through dialogue in order to conduct analysis and make recommendations.
  • Ability to apply your understanding of the customer, competitive intelligence, external trends, and data to global commercialization strategies.
  • Proven ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audience(s) and driving awareness/adoption of final deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative fluency.

Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products.You will be responsible for leading cross-team strategies that act as the connective tissue between Product Management, regional Go-To-Market and in-country Specialist teams, and other GPS teams. You will work in close collaboration with our partners in-region to understand the specific needs of our customers and account teams around the world. Specific ownership for this role: Apps Data Strategy including working with MMPs and internal teams to integrate Data Manager with Apps. MMP/AAP partnerships including co marketing, MRP/incentive programs, and joint activation efforts. Incrementality solutions, working closely with other GPS teams on App-specific tooling needs and apps-first incrementality products.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-GPS, sales, GTM, Product, gTech, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
  • Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM, and sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy. Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities executing a successful sales activation strategy.
  • Develop communications for internal and external partners. 
  • Develop sales materials (narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.) and partner with GTM to drive internal and external commercialization.
  • Help define success metrics, track product adoption and business impact.
