Regional Product Lead, DV, Lead Gen, PSA APAC

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience in driving YouTube’s ad formats adoption and business growth.
  • Experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM), Product Management, or Sales Activation role where you were responsible for scaling product adoption at a regional level.
  • Experience working in rapidly changing environments (e.g., tech, ad-tech, or agency) with a bias toward action and "winning as one" in a regional (APAC) context.

Our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) team is home to entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused Googlers that are the "human face" of Google to millions of customers around the globe. We help entrepreneurs both individually and at-scale to build their online presence and grow their businesses. We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams collaborate closely across different functions to spot and address customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. Your mission in Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is to shape, simplify and scale product solutions to help businesses of all sizes grow with Google. We craft innovative product Go-to-Market strategies for Google’s Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business across ads products.

Responsibilities

  • Activate top YouTube/Video opportunities on the named account list in GCS markets via co-pitches, pre-pitch support for the Lead Gen Vertical. Work closely with all other Video RPLs in India to create and execute on YouTube Strategy across formats and develop GTM activation plans to drive product growth across GCS programs.
  • Create training content and collateral; organize and run training sessions at appropriate level, from team-level to region-wide.
  • Support at-scale events with partners in sales and marketing, as required. Identify roadblocks in the seller workflow, and collaborate with global PSA and partner organizations to solve these challenges and help sellers pitch more effectively.
  • Synthesize market-to-product feedback and influence product prioritization. Represent the GCS customers to global product teams.
  • Work cross-functionally and regionally to develop opportunities to increase product adoption.
