Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a business transformation, sales excellence, program management or GTM strategy and operations role.
  • Experience working in an operational role within a commercial sales organization or sales related tools/processes.
  • Experience copywriting and aligning messaging to user segment and channel.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Operations.
  • 8 years of experience in a sales excellence role at a global, matrixed enterprise sales organization.
  • Experience driving change landing for large transformational projects at a large enterprise organization.
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud products.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive communications and presentation skills.

As a GTM Landing Lead for Google Cloud, you'll be responsible for the successful landing of critical Go-to-Market product launches and updates. You must equip field sellers with tailored communications and training to succeed. You will understand change impacts, design landing strategies, and ensure sellers effectively utilize new tools and processes. Evaluating field readiness by measuring success and recommending reinforcement actions is vital to sustain these initiatives.

As a strategic advisor, you will drive continuous improvement in how information is delivered, leveraging AI tools to simplify content and maximize adoption. You will measure critical insights using qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders to constantly enhance landing plans, reducing fragmentation while standardizing delivery to improve utilization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a landing plan to translate a GTM strategic priority initiative into training and a narrative for managers, sellers and partners by leveraging existing channels. 
  • Impact and assess the impact of changes by persona and assess field readiness.  
  • Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with key GTM stakeholders.
  • Drive field engagement and adoption by applying standardized methodologies, leveraging always-on communication channels, and cultivating a global network of change advocates.
  • Establish a continuous feedback loop to measure field adoption and drive ongoing improvements in how effectively we land change with managers, sellers, and partners.
