Business Operations Manager, Knowledge and Insights Strategy and Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
  • Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience working in corporate environment (tech or otherwise).
  • Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, Python, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.

About the job

The Partnerships Solutions team in Global Partnerships (GP) provides Strategy and Operations, Go-To-Market, and industry solutions support to knowledge and insights partnerships (K&IP). We focus on driving the transformation required to build the partnerships team, and serve as the backbone and nervous system enabling our K&IP team to function at its best. Our team provides strategic insights and thought leadership on key topics, advises business leaders on vertical strategy and organizational design, helps drive business operations and efficiency, builds executive narratives, and supports product commercialization.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Operations, you will operate as the leader for business operations for K&IP EMEA. You will blend problem-solving with operational execution while working closely with the partnership team and counterparts around the globe. You will work closely with the Vice President (VP) for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and the EMEA leads. You will act as a key contributor to drive projects forward, manage operational workflows, and deliver data-driven insights. By developing an understanding of the GP and Partnerships Solutions (PS) landscape, you will help cut through complexity to support crucial discussions and ensure high-quality execution of our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines and key deliverables are met across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Assist in driving operational excellence by supporting key business operations processes, including strategic planning, objectives and key results (OKR) tracking, and maintaining ongoing rhythm of the business deliverables.
  • Leverage data to perform critical analysis, monitor business metrics, and support the development of data or AI tools to drive efficiency and insights for the team.
  • Identify and solve business operations challenges, proposing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare clear, simple, and persuasive materials and narratives for internal stakeholders and leadership updates.
