From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. You will build consistent, scalable, and optimized programs with enterprise accounts. This is a direct position. You will be willing to “take initiative” and get things done with the utmost attention to detail. Strong communication skills and collaboration with many different stakeholders, including marketing and sales leadership, as well as external agencies and partners, is required.

You will apply a structured approach to measure and evaluate program effectiveness, define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and build scalable processes and solutions for program growth. Programs include paid media (display, asset syndication), social media, email, events, roundtables, outbound via the sales organization, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch creative marketing campaigns and events, delivering results in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization to drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
  • Manage program strategies and roadmaps, organize work streams and milestones, gain buy-in across functions and regions.
  • Work with Global team on regional execution.
  • Develop account and contact insights to inform programs, partnering with the Field Team on high-touch events, email, direct mail, etc.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, using data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
