As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. By implementing predictable review cadences, you will expose and mitigate critical program dependencies while identifying change management opportunities that maximize cross-functional program velocity across multiple global teams.

On the technical execution side, you will partner closely with global server operations, hardware and software engineering, supply chain, and data center teams to program manage end-to-end quality for New Product Introductions. You will lead data analysis efforts to track quality trends, proactively identify reliability escapes, and drive in-depth search root-cause investigations. Through executing robust corrective and preventive actions, you will directly influence continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality hardware that enables sustainable organizational growth.
