Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, identity and access management (IAM), and microservices.
- Experience in pre-sales acceleration, technical proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and leading technical workshops.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep Domain Specialization (AI, Data, or Infrastructure), expert-level depth in at least ONE domain.
- Experience in enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes paired with an understanding of computing solutions, and the business-to-technology translation skills to challenge partner delivery strategies.
- Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally alongside direct Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products.
- Ability to drive and influence Partner Tech audiences, identify expansion engagements within partner accounts, and ensure accelerated velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on Partner-led delivery deals .

As a Partner Solution Architect, you will work in close collaboration with the Partner Development Managers responsible for the RSIs and Strategic Partners to create, drive and execute a joint business plan successfully, focusing on most impactful engagements across your sub-region and contribute to Partner Community in your domain of expertise.
Spain: €88000 - €90500 (EUR) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Drive VIP, "Red-Carpet" bootcamps and hackathons for partners to accelerate sales cycles and to ensure high-quality on time delivery, driving a successful path to consumption.
- Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support exclusively for RSIs and strategic partners in South, acting as a technical peer to Account CEs to unblock complex deals or customize partner activation, while leading the tech review and validation of highest impact Statements of Work (SoWs) to ensure a strict path to production and secure Partner funding Return on Investment (ROI).
- Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets ( functional AI demos for example) and leading deep-dive technical sessions and hackathons for the regional Partner Tech Community to broadcast enablement 1-to-many.
- Contribute actively to building, running and maintaining EMEA Partner Tech Community.
