GTM Strategy and Sales Operations Lead, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience developing models using spreadsheet software, retrieving inputs from sources, and collaborating with decision-makers to drive actions.
  • Experience with SQL, database, scripting, and business intelligence tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience at both the strategic and operational level in Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.
  • Distinctive investigative skills and ability to present to executives and communicate with highly technical management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Take on ambiguous problems, applying sound business judgment and effectively communicating complex issues to audiences that include sales executives, product teams and executive Google leadership.
  • Immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
  • Operate under uncertainty, structuring complicated issues and find creative solutions to business tests.
  • Work in a rapidly changing industry, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
