Workspace Account Manager, SMB, Google Cloud (Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
  • Experience in cloud, SaaS or AI sales.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Cloud/SaaS promoting to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
  • Experience with technology sales, focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
  • Experience in selling Google Workspace or productivity tools in Greater China or Korean market.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

The Google Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital native customers.

As an Account Manager, you will help to develop the business, bring Google's portfolio into SMB companies around the world, and manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
  • Work with business partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
  • Identify opportunities to advocate for other parts of the Google product and services portfolio.
  • Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
