Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, brand marketing, or in a media agency environment.
  • Experience improving business relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and to develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
  • Established relationships and presence with performance agencies or traditional media agencies.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a high performing Agency enablement program and engagement process, especially with YouTube and (including DV360) with top domestic/global media agencies and media representative helping them on Google Ads and DV360 skills and capabilities in combination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cohesive enablement strategies and solutions that empower agencies/partners to solve client business objectives with Google’s offerings.
  • Develop and scale insight backed, helpful, thought leadership in partnership with agencies and partners to support Google’s broader strategic priorities. 
  • Deploy partner capability and enablement programs, back end operational workloads, and full ownership of the tech partner engagement strategy.
