Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, ad sales, or analyst relations.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Program Management, Business Strategy and Operations, or Analyst Relations Operations within the enterprise technology sector.
- Experience in building measurement frameworks, data analysis, and translating qualitative outcomes into quantitative success metrics.
- Experience managing complex projects and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry analyst evaluation methodologies and publication of industry thought leadership.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and manage cross-functional processes that influence across product, marketing, and sales teams.
About the job
As an Analyst Relations Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Ads, you will be a critical member of the team responsible for shaping and strengthening Google Ads and Commerce’s perception and influence within the industry analyst community (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Consulting Firms, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operations of the analyst relations program, including firm engagement cadence, scheduling, and responses to formal evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves).
- Develop, execute and iterate on a comprehensive measurement approach key success metrics, including reach, analyst sentiment, and business impact.
- Evaluate, select, and develop processes and tools to support the evolution of the Analyst Relations program, including pioneering AI-driven workflows for analyst evaluations.
- Build and maintain the processes and relationships necessary to integrate analyst insights systematically into product development and sales enablement workflows.
