  • Familiarity with industry analyst evaluation methodologies and publication of industry thought leadership.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and manage cross-functional processes that influence across product, marketing, and sales teams.

About the job

As an Analyst Relations Strategy and Operations Manager for Google Ads, you will be a critical member of the team responsible for shaping and strengthening Google Ads and Commerce’s perception and influence within the industry analyst community (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Consulting Firms, etc.).

In this role, you will be the operational backbone and strategic compass for our Analyst Relations (AR) team. You will establish the “command center” for our AR engagements and design the systems that quantify our business impact. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution across complex analyst evaluations, while ensuring our efforts drive improved analyst sentiment and sales enablement. Furthermore, you will build the critical feedback loops that integrate analyst insights directly into our product development and sales workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the analyst relations program, including firm engagement cadence, scheduling, and responses to formal evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves).
  • Develop, execute and iterate on a comprehensive measurement approach key success metrics, including reach, analyst sentiment, and business impact.
  • Evaluate, select, and develop processes and tools to support the evolution of the Analyst Relations program, including pioneering AI-driven workflows for analyst evaluations.
  • Build and maintain the processes and relationships necessary to integrate analyst insights systematically into product development and sales enablement workflows.
