Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product or project management.
  • Experience in SQL, systems design, product design and product management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with technical/business stakeholders and users and interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Excellent relationship management and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

The GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams to drive global initiatives forward.

RSO is the global team within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) that makes sure Google's ever-evolving business runs smoothly and scales. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We develop initiatives to deliver customer success and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

In this role, you will empower GCS to grow customers globally by delivering solutions through technology and operational excellence. You will do this by partnering closely and building trust with GCS business and technology teams and delivering excellent products/solutions for our users. You will be focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and helping evolve early stage ideas into future feature initiatives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $148000 - $216000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data analytics, and understand the general reporting and technical landscape, and AI innovations to unlock business and efficiency potentials.
  • Identify gaps in current tools and infrastructure, prioritizing and crafting business cases to validate the importance of new feature requests.
  • Develop impactful product insights through the knowledge of the user, workflows, sales processes, and the strategic initiatives of the Global Customer Solutions (GCS) business. Articulate a goal for your area, to improve and to drive an overall roadmap.
  • Partner with executive leadership, cross-functional global stakeholders and product teams to understand and prioritize business needs, build consensus, and communicate needs.
  • Develop launch plan, identifying risks and updating stakeholders. Manage new product/feature launches including communications, training and assisting with product readiness testing on as as-needed basis.
