Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in branded content or digital media sales including video.
  • Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Track record of driving sales revenue and managing relationships in a fast moving product landscape.
  • Track record of driving change and managing complex cross-functional, multi-market programs in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to represent companies in discussions and structure terms.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, problem solving, business acumen, and negotiation skills.

About the job

As the Branded Content Programs and Package Lead, you will be at the forefront of YouTube's premium commercial strategy in Brazil. Sitting within the Content and Creative Solutions team, you will drive the ideation, structuring, and go-to-market strategy for high-impact cultural sponsorships and content packages. You will act as a critical "One-Stop-Shop" liaison, bridging the gap between top-tier advertisers, internal Google sales teams, and the vibrant YouTube creator ecosystem. Ultimately, your mission is to transform YouTube’s most premium content opportunities—spanning music, entertainment, and tentpole events—into powerful branded experiences that deliver measurable business impact and shape the cultural conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, structuring, and go-to-market strategy for YouTube’s premium branded content and major cultural sponsorships.
  • Unlock advertiser budgets by partnering with sales teams to provide strategic support and pitching materials.
  • Serve as the central liaison between Google, creators, production agencies, and clients to integrate media and native content.
  • Manage the pricing, financial mechanics, and cross-functional approvals (Legal, Finance) for custom content deals.
  • Oversee projects from pitch to final execution while leveraging expertise in YouTube culture and the Brazilian digital landscape.
