Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- Experience in technical recruiting, including hiring for Poland.
- Experience in talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and optimizing professional recruiting platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in closing and discussing complex compensation packages.
- Familiarity with the local talent organisations.
- Ability to prioritise and succeed in an environment with growing demands.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic and organizational skills with attention-to-detail.

The Cloud Tech recruiting team is looking for a full life cycle recruiter to support the exciting, fast growing Engineering team. As a recruiter in this space, you will have the opportunity to own multiple clients across EMEA, reporting and delivery for multiple Directors, as well as the entire recruiting process from creating a recruiting strategy to generating a pipeline all the way through the offer accept stage. You will be building pipeline strategies, client management, and operating in changing environments.

Responsibilities
- Manage strong partnerships with hiring teams and with partner teams (e.g. Comp, Test Engineering, Scheduling).
- Manage effective relationships with Google clients (hiring managers/business leaders) with delivery and experience based orientation.
- Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
