About the job

As an International Growth Consultant (IGC) specializing in YouTube and US Market Export, you will serve as the dedicated strategic export advisor driving full-funnel business expansion for APAC’s high-potential export accounts, “Future Giants” (FGs), in the US market. Unlike traditional domestic media specialists, your role operates within the International Growth Consultant job family, blending high-touch C-suite consultative advisory, cross-border market strategy, and deep product mastery. The US export corridor represents a highly significant revenue base, with substantial untapped stretch headroom concentrated across priority APAC accounts, and your core mission is to act as the strategic and narrative bridge between APAC HQ decision-makers and US market execution.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultative advisory to C-suite leaders of APAC exporters, driving video strategy that justifies budget shifts into full-funnel YouTube brandformance.
  • Build creator frameworks and partner with US teams to connect brands with top creators, agencies, and custom moments into actionable pitch packages.
  • Establish regional case studies, benchmarks, and incrementality models to demonstrate how upper-funnel video drives concrete business growth over traditional digital channels.
  • Help APAC clients tailor messaging, pacing, and creative tone for US audiences, while using AI tools to streamline localization and video production sprints.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leads and global product teams to ensure seamless cross-border execution and unified client success across target markets.
