Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, go-to-market strategy or digital marketing.
  • Experience with brand agreements and advertising agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in strategic GTM, business development, or account management; influencer marketing and social advertising.
  • Proven record managing HoldCo or IMA relationships, deeply understanding their budgets, structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Clear understanding of social landscapes and commercializing AI-driven tools, advocating product feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling commercial narratives for agency leaders and stakeholders.
  • Success shaping priorities, building GTM infrastructure, and scaling product adoption across complex partner ecosystems.
  • Proactive, analytical, strategic approach with pragmatic execution in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment.

About the job

This team is responsible for setting third-party (3P) Partners and Agency go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products.

We represent our 3P ecosystem to advocate for product requirements and ensure teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers' business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

In this role, you will build strategy and go-to-market infrastructure that enables our sales teams to capture the full value of YouTube, with a strong focus on creator marketing via IMAs. You will be responsible for shaping priorities, commercializing the next generation of YT/creator-focused Ads products, and driving growth through the strategic enablement of our agency partners.

You will have strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and be a great communicator and manager of cross-functional programs. You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about setting GTM strategy, succeed at building scalable ecosystems, and have a pragmatic sense of how to equip teams and partners to drive product adoption at scale. You will supercharge our 3P ecosystem on YouTube by ensuring flawless execution against our desired business outcomes.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Set the GTM strategy to successfully drive the adoption of Google advertising products within YT+ marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive revenue health and continuous scale across the entire agency ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with APAC Sales teams to effectively equip crucial agencies and SaaS platforms with the specific capabilities, tooling, and deep integrations needed to advance YouTube creator related advertising initiatives.
  • Advocate for partner product requirements and collaborate cross functionally with internal Sales and Partnerships to successfully commercialize our next generation, AI powered creator ad solutions.
  • Identify and strategically pursue new opportunities to expand the YouTube influencer ecosystem, perfectly aligning resources and priorities to strongly accelerate third party partner business growth.
  • Serve as a leading expert on Google advertising solutions and the APAC social landscape, ensuring flawless execution by building incredibly strong relationships with essential key stakeholders.
