Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.

About the job

As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. You will serve as a unified services partner who designs and orchestrates gTech end-to-end services, and represents gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end-to-end experience. You will play a complementary role to sellers, through their technical, media and product skills. You serv as the bridge between Google Ads and client’s.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic technical advisor to senior leadership at top Ads clients, building relationships to align Google's media and technology solutions with business goals.
  • Partner with Sales to understand client challenges, conduct technical and media discoveries, and secure executive buy-in for areas where gTech can drive value and return-on-investment.
  • Develop and finalize comprehensive, product-anchored client growth plans, including Platinum Services Plans (PSP), by aligning technical services, product integrations, and media solutions.
  • Lead pod planning, prioritization, and resource deployment, while collaborating closely with gTech execution and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive escalation management.
  • Act as point of accountability for go-to-market execution, conducting regular progress debriefs with clients and Sales while tracking trends and troubleshooting challenges.
