Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Professional experience in the fintech, banking, or digital payments sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
- Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

As part of the Forms of Payment (FOPs) team, you will ensure users can pay and get paid using convenient, secure local payment methods. Our work drives global expansion and enables business growth through optimized transaction experiences.

Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Partner with senior product management to define requirements, uncover user needs, and execute initiatives that grow Google's banking portfolio and revenue globally.
- Scale Google’s global footprint by launching new Bank Forms of Payment (FOPs) and partnering with stakeholders to improve existing user experiences.
- Scale bank FOP adoption across global markets to reduce transactional fees for Google’s small and large customers.
- Maintain the integrity of the payments platform by ensuring all banking initiatives strictly comply with local and evolving international regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on open banking and digital transfer trends to influence partners and cross-functional teams.
