Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations, gTech Ads

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
  • Experience with core business operations (e.g., annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting).
  • Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience in driving stakeholder relationships, to ensure alignment globally across broad cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in global or regional strategy and operations, utilizing key performance indicators to drive insights, results, and global impact.
  • Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, investigative-thinking, prioritization, and program management skills.

As a Senior Associate within the gSO Ads (Strategy and Operations gTech Ads) Product and AI team, you will serve as a critical bridge between engineering execution and business strategy. You will facilitate cross-functional alignment, deliver business-critical insights through analytics, and foster strategic partnerships to launch new initiatives. You will develop and implement strategies and solutions for complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems. You will directly influence how high-priority AI and automation tools are sequenced, built, and scaled within the global gTech Ads tools ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead complex, strategic projects. You will navigate ambiguity by distilling complex engineering data into clear executive insights, solving problems proactively within the project scope, and building strong, trusting cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scopes, develop structured plans, prioritize tasks, and drive strategic AI programs from conception to sustained business realization with limited guidance. 
  • Track performance metrics and translate technical progress data into clear decision-making insights, effectively communicating the strategic narrative, operational efficiencies, and Return on Investment (ROI) of automation to senior leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships and partner across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bridge organizational silos and align program charters with long-term strategic goals.
  • Help design, run, and manage portfolio governance and business cadences to track milestones, mitigate dependencies, manage tech triaging, and facilitate leadership reviews.
  • Act as a critical bridge to Software Engineering/Product Management teams, leveraging technical depth to evaluate engineering scope, manage dependencies, perform technical due diligence, and challenge technical sequencing to maximize business value.
