Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g., pipeline management).
  • 5 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields.
  • Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.

In this role, you will lead a specialist sales team dedicated to accelerating the global growth of our Fraud Defense (reCAPTCHA) portfolio across an enterprise account. You will cultivate a high-performance culture centered on sales transformation, consultative value selling, and long-term customer success across both new and existing business.

You will empower your team to build trusted relationships, articulate key business use cases, and effectively navigate complex business cycles from pipeline development to close. Leading with empathy, you will advocate collaboration between external stakeholders and internal field counterparts while implementing scalable strategies to amplify the team’s overall impact.

US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 100% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing security business team and team culture with a focus on future talent, promoting security customers.
  • Manage the team’s development and drive pipeline, managing business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction, acting as an advisor to the team and accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform, Channels, and Product and Engineering teams to understand customers and provide prospect and customer experience.
  • Represent the team in regional forecasts and team meetings. Serve as stakeholder to regional cloud leads, reporting current, accurate, and timely forecasting and business performance in tools.
