Strategy and Operations Lead, GTM

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Strategy or Sales Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge in Google ads/performance products.
  • Ability to use business intelligence and dashboards, as well as analyze large data sets.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and effectively in English to support client relationship management in the region.
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Craft go-to-market strategy for Japan’s ads business and get buy-in from local and regional C-level stakeholders.
  • Engage in scheduled and ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance, user metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
  • Construct tools and dashboards to help with reporting and analytical needs of the team and key stakeholders.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
