Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management, including experience with agentic frameworks and tool-us.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in cross-functional environments, driving alignment between Research, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Experience building and shipping developer-facing APIs, tools, or platforms.
- Understanding of managed AI infrastructure and architecture.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool-use.
- Passion for developer experience with a track record of simplifying complex technical systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical requirements for agents, including sandbox environments, tool use (e.g., Google Search, Code Execution), and skills into a coherent, manageable product strategy.
- Lead developer tool improvements in partnership with GDM, abstracting infrastructure complexity so developers can build, scale, govern, and optimize agents.
- Evolve the Interactions API as the unified standard for serving both models and agents. Solve for industry standards like RESTful design, streaming, and state management.
- Lead the product lifecycle from 0-to-1 launches, ensuring seamless evolution of user journeys from developer-friendly AI Studio to region-aware and enterprise-ready Google Cloud Agent Platform (formerly known as Vertex AI).
