Data and Measurement Specialist, People with Disabilities

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience with evaluating, recommending, and customizing media measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience educating sellers on new product features.
  • Experience designing materials for clients.
  • Experience with brand third-party measurement solutions, site analytics, CRM, and data systems.
  • Knowledge of Google measurement capabilities across ad and media platforms including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to gain expertise in assigned product area seeking additional support and guidance.

The Data and Measurement Specialist role at Google focuses on driving growth for large advertisers by integrating deep expertise in online media with advanced marketing measurement. Working as part of the Large Customer Sales team, these specialists collaborate closely with sales departments to advise leading brands and agencies. Their primary focus is to help clients build solid Data Foundations and measure the effectiveness of their media through "Modern Measurement" solutions, which include attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling. By turning these insights into actionable strategies, they ensure that advertisers can meet their specific business goals and maximize the impact of their digital presence.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can effectively address their needs.
  • Develop and activate measurement strategies including data foundations, incrementality experiments, marketing mix modeling, full funnel measurement, and attribution to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
  • Define and execute incrementality experiments In Platform and or measuring causality with available Google Open Source methodologies (e.g. causal impact).
  • Drive adoption of high quality marketing mix models (MMMs) with clients in Italy, including improved Google data provision into MMMs and consultation on design and results.
  • Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and consult advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions.
