Analytical Lead, Financial Services

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in media analytics, digital advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, financial analysis or investment banking.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and distill them into actionable insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories.

As an Analytical Lead, you will support a wide range of Financial Services advertisers across many industries including fintech, insurance, banking, credit cards, payments, mortgage and more. You will use data and insights to solve problems that meaningfully transform their businesses and help achieve their objectives.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $88000 - $125000 (USD) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own analytical modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize analytical tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/analytical stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
