About the job

As a Principal Strategist within the Strategic Customer Engagement team, you will serve as a leader in C-suite advisory, operating out of our "Cloud Space" innovation hubs. These centers are designed to show our customers how Google Cloud can help them accelerate digital transformation and build what’s next. Your primary goal will be to deepen executive relationships, accelerate sales, and drive consumption by creating collaborative environments where customers can envision and design enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

You are a master facilitator, comfortable navigating the ambiguity of open-ended strategy sessions and whiteboarding workshops. Rather than focusing solely on return on investment, you help CxO executives move toward co-designing transformational opportunities. You will utilize immersive demos as catalysts for deeper, consultative discovery, defining a customer’s core business issues before scoping specific solutions. You will be responsible for designing and scaling custom engagement methodologies for accounts, ensuring that every session translates the latest technology breakthroughs into actionable, business-centric strategies.

Thriving in a flexible, ever-changing environment, you will work with a deeply cross-functional team including marketing, sales, and industry experts to identify and land compelling narratives. You are equally comfortable designing reusable engagement playbooks to prototype concepts; you believe in "showing, not telling." Above all, you will inspire by example, mentoring other team members and aligning stakeholder teams to create compelling solutions. By leveraging Google’s technology, you will help our customers move beyond the status quo to achieve true business transformation.

It's an exciting time to join Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market team, leading the AI revolution for businesses worldwide. You’ll excel by leveraging Google's brand credibility—a legacy built on inventing foundational technologies and proven at scale. We’ll provide you with the world's most advanced AI portfolio, including frontier Gemini models, and the complete Vertex AI platform, helping you to solve business problems. We’re a collaborative culture providing direct access to DeepMind's engineering and research minds, empowering you to solve customer challenges. Join us to be the catalyst for our mission, drive customer success, and define the new cloud era—the market is yours.
