Strategy and Operations Manager, APAC Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in program management and consulting.
  • Experience in strategy & operations functions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of leading AI tools, Generative AI platforms, and enterprise marketing automation systems.
  • Coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL) and understanding of data architecture, enabling you to build prototypes, analyze complex datasets, and bridge the gap between technical engineering and marketing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with bias to action.
  • Excellent project management, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of translating ambiguous business challenges into scalable, data-driven, and AI-powered solutions.

About the job

In this role, you will work closely with the APAC Marketing leadership team to grow, scale and run the organization more effectively. More specifically, you will lead the AI transformation across our APAC Marketing organization. In this pivotal role, you will define and execute our AI roadmap, identifying strategic opportunities to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our campaigns, workflows, and operational processes. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and regional leadership to drive AI adoption, upskill talent, and unlock new avenues for growth. You will report into the Director of Strategy & Operations for APAC Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive, end-to-end AI strategy for APAC Marketing, aligning technology initiatives with overarching regional business and growth objectives.
  • Pilot and scale high-impact use cases, build prototypes, and scale AI-driven solutions. Advocate for AI literacy across the organization.
  • Serve as the critical bridge between regional, global and regional teams.
  • Translate business needs into product strategies, working with leadership to develop and prioritize initiatives, and conduct strategic analysis, optimize business performance, and deliver execution.
  • Manage workflows within the measurement processes, engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work, and establish/lead processes for managing the area (e.g., goals, annual planning, team meetings, budget, expenses, etc.).
